SUBJECT: Consideration of Completed High Profile Solicitation

The following high-profile project has completed the solicitation process. This item is presented to the Audit and Accountability Committee for review prior to the full City Council for consideration.
Annual Contract for On-Call Plumbing Services (Citywide) - The City of San Antonio solicited proposals from qualified contractors interested in providing commercial plumbing maintenance and repairs through an on call contracting services (OCCS) contract. Services shall be for plumbing system maintenance and repairs at all City-wide locations. Pursuant to requirements of Chapter 2269, Texas Government Code, the City hereby establishes a maximum aggregate contract expenditure of $2,000,000.00 to be divided between each plumbing contract awarded pursuant to this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (RFCSP). Services within new building construction, remodeling or alterations of an existing building will not be included.
