The Commission is chaired by Ken Thomas and includes 20 members, with 10 appointed by City Council and 10 appointed by Bexar County Commissioners Court. The "B" Session report will include CBOC's Annual Report on the work completed by Transportation & Capital Improvements (TCI) over the past year.

ISSUE:
The TCI Department continues to provide reports to the City Council on the status of the 2012-2017 and 2007-2012 Bond Programs.
The 2007 Bond Program consisted of 150 projects, of which 147 are complete and within budget. The use of public meetings during the design process for both the 2007 - 2012 Bond Program and 2012 - 2017 Bond Program has been beneficial to City staff and the community, which keeps the public involved and well informed of the projects. In addition, staffs goal of exceeding the stellar Small Business Economic Development Advocacy marks achieved in the 2007 - 2012 Bond Program is being realized in the 2012 - 2017 Bond Program.
