SUMMARY:
A Resolution appointing CPS Energy Board of Trustees Ex-Officio Member Mayor Ivy R. Taylor to the SA Energy Acquisition Public Facilities Corporation Board of Directors for the remainder of an unexpired term of office to expire May 31, 2015.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On October 16, 2014, the CPS Energy Board of Trustees submitted a letter requesting a Resolution appointing CPS Energy Board of Trustees Ex-Officio Member Mayor Ivy R. Taylor to the unexpired term of Mayor Julian Castro on the Board of Directors of the SA Energy Acquisition Public Facilities Corporation.
The term is for the remainder of an unexpired term of office to expire May 31, 2015.

There is no fiscal impact
ALTERNATIVES:
The Office of the City Clerk will immediately notify the CPS Board of Trustees in the event the appointment is not approved.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
This appointment has been coordinated with the CPS Board of Trustees, who recommend said appointment.
