BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Housing Commission, to effectively fulfill their charge, will review the first year’s progress and establish the course for the following year.
ISSUE:
The facilitator will guide the commission through the following:
• The status of the commission
• The connection between the commission, the Housing Policy Framework, and housing in San Antonio
• Housing Policy Framework & Mayor’s priorities
• Housing Commission logic model and housing eco-system
• Housing Commission as a body and commissioners as individuals
• NHSD Staff and their relationship to the Housing Policy Framework, Housing Commission
• Dialogue on creating conditions for positive partnership
