RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of a 16.43 acre tract of land, which proposes one hundred eight (108) single family residential lots, three (3) non single-family residential lot and approximately two thousand four hundred eighty eight (2,488) linear feet of public streets.
