BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
City Council reviewed the performance of the City Clerk. Based on this evaluation, City Council now wishes to provide a performance pay adjustment in the amount of 5% for the City Clerk. This ordinance establishes the annual salary of the City Clerk at $144,758.

City Council sets salaries and benefits, including specific pay adjustments, for its appointees, by ordinance.
