RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 75.60 acre tract of land, which proposes three hundred six (306) single-family residential lots, two (2) non single-family residential lots, and approximately eleven thousand seven hundred seventy one (11,771) linear feet of public streets.
