Property History: The subject property was annexed in 1944 and was originally zoned "H" Local Retail District. In 1977, the property was rezoned to "B-3" Business District; then, later the same year, the property was rezoned again to "I-1" Light Industry District. Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning district converted to the current "I-1" General Industrial District.
