Bexar Appraisal District Board of Directors - Official Election Ballot
SUMMARY:
A Resolution casting the City's 914 votes for the City's Nominee, Roberto C. Trevino, to the Bexar Appraisal District Board of Directors for a term of office to begin on January 1, 2014, and expire on December 31, 2015.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On October 10, 2013, City Council passed Resolution 2013-10-10-0036R nominating Roberto C. Trevino for placement on the Bexar Appraisal District Board of Directors for a term of office to begin on January 1, 2014, and expire on December 31, 2015.
ISSUE:
The City of San Antonio must cast its 914 votes by Resolution and submit the Official Election Ballot by December 15, 2013.

RECOMMENDATION:
In order to ensure all deadlines are met pursuant to Section 6.03 (k) of the Texas Property Code, the Office of the City Clerk recommends approval of the Resolution.
