SUBJECT:
Bexar Appraisal District Board of Directors - Official Election Ballot
SUMMARY:
A Resolution allocating the City's 895 votes for the City's Nominee, Roberto C. Treviño, to serve of the Bexar Appraisal District Board of Directors for a term of office to begin on January 1, 2020 and expire on December 31, 2021.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On October 3, 2019, City Council passed Resolution 2019-10-03-0058R nominating Roberto C. Treviño for placement on the Bexar Appraisal District Board of Directors for a term of office to begin on January 1, 2020, and expire on December 31, 2021.
ISSUE:
The City of San Antonio must allocate its 895 votes by Resolution and submit the Official Election Ballot by December 15, 2019.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This is no fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
In order to ensure all deadlines are met pursuant to Section 6.03(k) of the Texas Property Code, the Office of the City Clerk recommends approval of the Resolution.
