SUBJECT:
Bexar Appraisal District Board of Directors - Official Election Ballot
SUMMARY:
A Resolution casting the City's 898 votes for the City's Nominee, Roberto C. Treviño, to the Bexar Appraisal District Board of Directors for a term of office to begin on January 1, 2016, and expire on December 31, 2017.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On September 17, 2015, City Council passed Resolution 2015-09-17-0056R nominating Roberto C. Treviño for placement on the Bexar Appraisal District Board of Directors for a term of office to begin on January 1, 2016, and expire on December 31, 2017.
ISSUE:
The City of San Antonio must cast its 898 votes by Resolution and submit the Official Election Ballot by December 15, 2015.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This is no fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
In order to ensure all deadlines are met pursuant to Section 6.03 (k) of the Texas Property Code, the Office of the City Clerk recommends approval of the Resolution.
