Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning district converted to the current "I-1" General Industrial District. The property is currently developed with multiple office and warehouse structures, totaling approximately 10,556 square feet in size, along with multiple sheds and partially enclosed areas. The structures were built between 1960 and 1985. The property is not platted in its current configuration.
