Airport Integrated Control Center (TCI on behalf of Aviation) - The City of San Antonio is soliciting a new critical emergency communications facility for the San Antonio International Airport that will be the primary source of information, communication, and operational flow for all aviation and non-aviation stakeholders providing continuous situational awareness of airside, landside, and terminal operations. This new facility will be constructed inside the secured Air Operations Area (AOA) immediately adjacent to operational airfield runways and taxiways. This new 20,000 square foot standalone facility will include secured AICC and Airport Emergency Center (AEC) spaces with supporting administrative offices, IT systems to include a public address system, access control, video management system, audio/visual support, and a complex console system, support offices and training rooms, general storage, secure storage, break room, employee health and wellness facilities, full service kitchen, redundant mechanical/electrical systems and general facility support.
