Property History: The subject property was annexed in 1972 and originally zoned "Temporary R-1", Single Family Residence District, then "R-1" Single Family Residence District. In 1978 the subject property was rezoned to "B-2", Business District. Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning districts converted to the current base zoning district "C-2" Commercial District. The subject property is currently platted in its current configuration 1978 (volume 8600, page 167 of the Deed and Plat Records of Bexar County, Texas).
