Discussion and possible action regarding a Request from Councilmember Roberto C. Treviño to modify Section 2-61, and/or other sections if necessary, of the City Ethics Code to: Decrease the contact prohibition period for solicitations, thus allowing additional time for councilmember discussion with potential vendors prior to Council Action.
