Property History: The subject property is located within the City Limits as they were recognized in 1938, and was originally zoned "C" Apartment District. In a 1993 city-initiated large-area case, the property was rezoned to "R-2" Two Family Residence District. The "HS" Historic Significant designation was approved in 1988 as part of a City-initiated historic landmark effort. Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning district converted to the current "RM-4 HS" Historic Significant Residential Mixed District.
