The Center City Development Office will provide a pre-solicitation briefing for the River Barge Concession contract. A previous presentation was provided to the High Profile Contract Council Committee on January 14, 2014.
This pre-solicitation briefing will include an overview of the procurement process, project scope, estimated contract value, high profile designation, term of contract, proposed scoring criteria, SBEDA program requirements, local preference applicability, proposed project timeline, and proposed evaluation team members.
The current contract with Rio San Antonio Cruises, LTD expires August 31, 2015. The contract includes providing river barge tours, charters and taxi services, in addition to product sales.
