Reason for request: The Applicant states that the name Teecee Lane causes traffic confusion with surrounding street names

Recommendation: Staff and Planning Commission recommend approval.

Planning Commission Hearing Date: May 14, 2014

Location: Teecee Lane between N.E. Loop 410 and Cheever Boulevard.

Street segment Size: 432 Linear feet

Notices:
Notices were mailed June 9, 2014
-to 3 property owners abutting the street proposed for a name change.
-No registered neighborhood association within the area of the street proposed for a name change.

Analysis:
The street consists of approximately four hundred thirty-two (432) linear feet. (Attachment 3) A total of three (3) properties abut this street, which consist of an office, a video store and a restaurant.

* Alamo Regional Mobility Authority.
* Bexar County;
* Bexar Metro 9-1-1 Network;
* City Public Service ("CPS") Energy;
* Northeast Independent School District;
* San Antonio Water System ("SAWS");
* TXDOT;
* United States Postal Service ("USPS"); and
* VIA Metropolitan Transit.
