RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 12.864 acre tract of land, which proposes thirty five (35) single-family residential lots and two (2) non-single-family residential lots, and approximately one thousand seven hundred sixty-one (1761) linear feet of public streets.
