RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 20.156 acre tract of land, which proposes eighty five (85) single-family residential lots and one (2) non-single-family residential lot, and approximately three thousand five hundred twenty-one (3,521) linear feet of public streets.
