Briefing on negotiations of various agreements related to a capital improvements project for the Westside Education and Training Center, located at 563 Southwest 40th Street in San Antonio.
SUMMARY:
The WDC will receive $500,000 to contribute towards Tier I capital improvements to the Westside Education and Training Center (WETC). To receive these funds, several deliverables must be completed, including agreements between the major partners at WETC: Alamo Colleges, Edgewood Independent School District, the City of San Antonio and the WDC.
The committee will be briefed on the progress of these deliverables.
