RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 15.03 acre tract of land, which proposes fifty seven (57) single-family residential lots and five (5) non-single-family residential lot, and approximately two thousand two hundred ninety-eight (2,298) linear feet of public streets.
