RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a Subdivison Plat that consists of a 13.373 acre tract of land, which proposes
sixty-five (65) single-family residential lots, one (1) non-single family lot, and
approximately one thousand seven hundred thirty five (1,735) linear feet of public
streets.
