Property History: The eastern portions of the subject property were originally annexed in 1987 and the western portion of the subject property was originally annexed in 1998 and were originally zoned "Temp R-1" Temporary Single-Family Residence District. In a 1999 case, the property was rezoned to "R-1" Single-Family Residence District. Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning districts converted to the current "R-6" Residential Single-Family District.
