RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a Subdivison Plat that consists of a 10.68 acre tract of land, which proposes fifty (50) single-family residential lots, two (2) non-single family residential lots, and approximately one thousand six hundred five (1,605) linear feet of public streets.
