SUMMARY:
A resolution authorizing the acquisition of two tracts of land, a 60.339 acre and 71.055 acre parcels for a total of 131.394 acres also known as Northern Hills Golf Course to add as a public golf course. According to a proposed settlement with the property owner, the City will be acquiring two tracts of land, a 60.339 acre and 71.055 acre parcels for a total of 131.394 acres also known as the Northern Hills Golf Course to add as a public golf course managed by Municipal Golf Association San Antonio, DBA Alamo City Golf Trail.
The property acquisition will add 131.94 acres to the City park inventory and such acquisition is consistent with the 2006-2016 Park System Strategic Plan.
