Zoning:
The proposed plat is located outside the city limits of San Antonio; therefore, zoning is not applicable.
 
Alternative Actions:
Per State Law, Section, 212.009 and Unified Development Code, Section 35-432(e) the Planning Commission must approve Plats that conform to the Code.
 
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a Subdivison Plat that consists of 12.27 acre tract of land, which proposes fifty-three (53) single-family residential lots, 3 non-single family lots and approximately one thousand nine hundred and one (1901) linear feet of public streets. Additionally, Laurel Branch road (vol. 9680 pg. 87-97) provides lot frontage at south end of subdivision.
