RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 20.33 acre tract of land, which proposes seventy (70) single-family residential lots, seven (7) non-single-family residential lots, and approximately three thousand one hundred eighty-one (3,181) linear feet of public streets.
