Property History: The subject property is located within the city limits as recognized in 1938 and was originally zoned "D" Apartment District and was later designated as "R-2" according to city records. In 1983, an area-wide zoning change designated the subject property and the surrounding area as a Historic District. Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning district converted to "RM-4".
