BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
General
The Westside Development Corporation's annual fundraiser is the Westside Honors Gala: Exitos en Nuestro Barrio. The program honors individuals who have made a positive impact to the Westside through their works and example. This year's honorees include: María Antonietta Berriozábal, Bro. Cletus Behlmann, Sr. Norma Gutierrez, and Frank Herrera, Jr.
Revenue from the event is derived from ticket sales, sponsorships, and a silent auction. This year's goal is to generate $70,000 of gross income.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All revenue generated from the event is absorbed into the FY 2015 Operations Budget.
