Property History: The subject property was annexed in July 5, 1998 (Ordinance # 87819) and was originally zoned Temporary "R-1 ERZD" Single-Family Residence Edwards Recharge Zone District. In September 17, 2001, the property was rezoned to "QD S ERZD" Quarry Edwards Recharge Zone District with a Specific Use Authorization for Blasting and Asphaltic Concrete (Ordinance #94539).

Topography: The majority of the property is covered in heavy vegetation made up of wild grasses, shrubs, trees, and ravines. The property shows some water or quarry work erosion that produced ravines within a portion of the property. The subject property falls within the Edward Recharge Zone.
