SUMMARY:
Staff has conducted an after-action review of this year's Honors Gala to memorialize aspects of the event that went well, as well as to make suggestions for improvements. The Development and Executive committees have reviewed the document and provided input. The Board will review and may offer further comment to the document, which will be consulted during preparations for next year's event.
A report on the current status of the loan and grant program is also offered for the Board to review ahead of this meeting's consideration of three loan applications.
