The Planning Commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the Pedestrian Plan, as per section 35-414 of the Unified Development Code (UDC). If disapproved, the Commission would need to identify a Section of the UDC that the Plan does not comply with.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Cibolo Canyon Pedestrian Plan consisting of a 2.858 acre tract of land.
