Property History: The subject property was annexed in to city limits on May 6, 1940 and was originally zoned "B" Two-Family Residential District. On April 20, 1978 the subject property was rezoned to "O-1" Office District by the City Council (Ordinance 49270). Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning districts converted to "O-2" High Rise Office District.
