Discussion and possible action on a delegate agency funding agreement with the City of San Antonio for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016.
SUMMARY:
The Westside Development Corporation receives funding from the City of San Antonio to support operations and projects in the target area. This year, the WDC is recommended for funding at the same level as fiscal year 2015.
Staff will present a draft funding agreement for the board to review.
The Executive Committee considered this item on August 19, 2015, and concurred with the staff recommendation.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
General
FISCAL IMPACT:
Approval of a final funding agreement will result in the receipt of funds from the General Fund of the City of San Antonio to support operations and projects in the WDC target area for fiscal year 2016.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the Board, 1.) Authorize the Project Committee to finalize the Scope of Work for fiscal year 2016; to be included as an attachment to the agreement and, 2.) Authorize the President to execute the Delegate Agency Funding Agreement with the City of San Antonio once approved by the City Council.
