Property History: The subject property was annexed into the City of San Antonio in 1972 by Ordinance 41422. The original zoning was Temporary Residential "R-1." Upon adoption of the 1965 Unified Development Code, the property converted to "B-1" Business District. Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the "B-1" zoning district converted to the current "C-1" Light Commercial District.
