RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 43.895 acre tract of land, which proposes ninety-three (93) single family residential lots and three (3) non-single-family residential lots, and approximately four thousand six hundred and thirty-nine (4,639) linear feet of public streets.
