RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivison Plat that consists of 8.344 acre tract of land, which proposes forty-eight (48) single-family residential lots, one (1) non-single-family lot and approximately one thousand five hundred thirteen (1,513) linear feet of public streets.
