Discussion and possible action on a recommendation to the Board of Directors regarding the organizational budget for fiscal year 2016.
SUMMARY:
The fiscal calendar for the Westside Development Corporation runs from October 1 through September 30. Staff will now present the budget for fiscal year 2016 to the Board for approval.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
General
On August 12th and 19th, 2015, staff presented a draft budget to the Finance and Executive committees for review. After providing general comments, the draft budget was returned to the Finance Committee for further consideration at their August 14th meeting.
Staff will present the current version of the operations and project budget to the Board for adoption.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the Committee review the projected income and expenses and provide a recommendation to the Board of Directors to adopt the budget for fiscal year 2016.
