In 1999 it was rezone to "I-1 HS" Light Industrial Historic Significant. Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning district converted to the current "I-1 HS" General Industrial Historic Significant District. In 2005 the subject property was rezone to "IDZ HS" Infill Development Zone Historic Significant District.
