Friesenhahn Park Expansion

SUMMARY:

This resolution recommends that Planning Commission authorize staff to acquire a 26.02 acre tract of land located off of Classen Road from the Long's Creek Homeowners Association. The property is adjacent to Friesenhahn Park, 15701 O'Connor Rd and is located in City Council District 10.

The property will be acquired using Certificate of Obligation funds appropriated in the FY 2016 budget.
