Amendment to Employment Agreement - City Manager
SUMMARY:
This ordinance amends the City Manager’s employment agreement
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
This ordinance provides the fifth change to the original contract of employment with the City Manager and adjusts salary, reduces separation pay, and provides for performance pay.
ISSUE:
City Council sets salaries and benefits and approves specific adjustments for the City Manager by ordinance
ALTERNATIVES:
City Council has discussed alternatives and finds it appropriate to provide these adjustments
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds were appropriated in FY 2016 Budget in anticipation of these adjustments.
