Property History: The property was annexed in 1949 and was originally zoned Temporary "B" Residential District. The zoning converted to "R-7" with the adoption of the 1965 Unified Development Code. Upon the adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the zoning district once again converted to the current "R-4" Residential Single-Family District.
