Property History: The subject property is currently vacant. The area was annexed into the City of San Antonio on December 26, 1972, following the adoption of Ordinance 41426. The property was assigned "Temp R-1" Temporary Residence District zoning after annexation. Ordinance 43327, dated September 21, 1973 rezoned a portion of the property from "Temp R-1" to "B-2" Business District and "R-3" Multiple Residence District. Ordinance 44860, dated January 28, 1975, rezoned approximately 18 acres of the property from "Temp R-1" to "R-3".
