BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

A follow-up from the May 18th City Council B Session presentation on the City of San Antonio’s three growth-related plans including the Comprehensive Plan, the Multimodal Transportation Plan, and the Sustainability Plan collectively named "SA Tomorrow." Staff presented two alternate schedules to the City Council reflective of the Planning Commission’s request for more time to review the three plans.

 

 

ISSUE:

The staff recommended SA Tomorrow adoption schedule is as follows:

                     Planning Commission consider adoption                                                                                                          July 27

                     City Council “B” Session                                                                                                                     August 3

                     City Council Public Hearing                                                                                                                     August 3

                     City Council Public Hearing and consideration of adoption                                                    August 4
