Property History: The subject property was annexed into the City Limits on December 30, 1985 and was originally zoned "Temporary R-1" Family Residence District. On July 9, 1987, a portion of the property was rezoned to "BP" Business Park District. Upon the adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous "Temporary R-1" Family Residence District converted to "R-6" Residential Single-Family District and the previous "BP" Business Park District remained as "BP" Business Park District.
