The applicant request is for a three (3) Year Performance Guarantee time extension to fulfill the improvements required by the performance guarantee.

 

CASE HISTROY:

The Planning Commission approved this plat on August 27, 2008 and recorded August 22, 2014 in Volume 9672, Page 104-105 Plat and Deed records Bexar County, Texas.

 

Alternative Actions:

The Planning Commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request for time extension, as per section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a three (3) year Performance Guarantee Time Extension for Highlands Farms III Unit 9 Subdivision in accordance with the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code Section 35-430(f)(2).
