The Planning Commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request for time extension, as per section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a three (3) year Site Improvement Time Extension for Sentry Gateway, Bldg 300 Subdivision in accordance with the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code Section 35-430(f)(2).
