Appointments to the Zoning Board of Adjustment At-large Alternate Category
SUMMARY:
Appointing Richard Acosta, Jay C. Gragg, Edward P. Magallanes, Seth Teel, and reappointing Jeffrey M. Finlay and Paul E. Klein to the Zoning Board of Adjustment At-large Alternate Category for the remainder of unexpired terms of office to expire May 31, 2017.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Neighborhoods and Livability City Council Committee convened on June 20, 2016 and provided recommendations for appointments to the Zoning Board of Adjustment At-Large Alternate Category.
ISSUE:
Board appointments require City Council approval.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
In order to proceed with the direction of the City Council, the Office of the City Clerk recommends approval of the Board Appointments.
