Property History: The subject property was annexed in 1940 and was zoned "F" Local Retail District. In 1986 the subject property rezoned to "B-3" Business District. Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning district converted to the current "C-3" General Commercial District. In 2003 the subject property was rezoned to "R-6 CD" with a Conditional Use to allow Multi-Family dwellings of 25 units per acre. Majority of the property is vacant and undeveloped and another part of the subject property is currently developed with a parking lot.
